The new Centaur range of battery chargers from Victron Energy have been designed to be a true world-wide product. Universal compliance and input/output specifications are cornerstone characteristics of the new range from the established Dutch manufacturer. Designed to meet the requirements of both CE for Europe and UL for the United States, the Centaur model range features auto-ranging input covering 90-265VAC 50/60Hz input meaning they can be used anywhere in the world.
Crucially, and unlike other products that state universal input, the Centaur range will maintain full output power within the entire specified range. The Centaur model will also work on 90-400VDC input, making it a perfect Charging DC-DC Converter in a Diesel Electric system. Other features include fully automatic three stage charge characteristic that ensures batteries are fully charged every time and three isolated charge outputs for multi battery configurations to suit the majority of typical installations.
The range spans 12V and 24V models from 16A through to 100A. The fact that the same product is suitable for any boat, regardless of the intended market or where the boat will be taken, is a great advantage to the boat builder and the boat owner in equal measure. Conscious of the price sensitivity in this competitive market, a single model range for all markets also means more competitive costs. 24 / 48 Volt
One full rated output and one 4 Amp output. Charge voltage can be precisely adjusted to suit any battery system. The input for the charger is 230V at 50/60HZ. Charge voltage can be measured directly on the battery terminals in order to compensate for voltage loss due to cable resistance. An external sensor allows to measure battery temperature and compensate charge voltage accordingly.
The Victron Skylla-TG 24/30 and 24/50 GMDSS Chargers have been designed to provide all required monitoring and alarm data. Both the battery and the GMDSS system are connected directly to the charger. Data and alarms are displayed on a digital panel (VE.Net GMDSS panel, to be ordered separately). A standard eight wire UTP cable connects the charger to the panel.

Blue Power IP20 Charger 180-265VAC – no fan
The new Blue Power IP20 Battery Charger 180-265VAC features natural convection cooling. No fan, no noise. The battery charger is also protected against overheating: output current will reduce as temperature increases up to 60°C, but the Blue Power charger will not fail.

With up to 94% efficiency, these chargers generate up to four times less heat when compared to the industry standard. And once the battery is fully charged, power consumption reduces to 0,5 Watt, some five to ten times better than the industry standard.
NIGHT and LOW setting. When in NIGHT or LOW mode, the output current is reduced to max. 25% of the nominal output and the charger will be totally noiseless. The NIGHT mode automatically ends after 8 hours. The LOW mode can be ended manually.

Blue Power IP67 / IP65 Charger

Blue Power IP 67 Charger Completely encapsulated: waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected.
Water, oil or dirt will not damage the Blue Power IP67 charger. The casing is made of cast aluminium and the electronics are moulded in resin.
The models with suffix (1+Si) feature a second current limited output which is always powered as long as 180 – 265 VAC is present on the input. This output can for example be used to prevent starting of a vehicle before unplugging the battery charger (start interrupt function).
