Heavy Duty DC Link Box
The ES Heavy Duty DC Link Box range offers primary control and protection with a range of features including:
- Remote and local heavy duty battery switching
- All isolators have a 600 Amp continuous rating
- Versions for 1 or 2 engine battery banks, plus domestic battery bank
- Automatic cross charging, with manual overrides
- Flexible control and monitoring of battery switches, both via E-Plex and hardwired switches
- Optional E-Plex monitoring of all battery voltages, domestic battery current, and isolator status
- Mega fuse based primary distribution - ratings can be specified at time of purchase
- All mounted on a robust aluminium backplate, with injection moulded cover, and plenty of room for cabling
- Also includes a large negative busbar with enough connection points for all outputs
- Designed to accept a Victron BMV600/602 with no additional wiring- the display fits into the cover, and connects directly to the 804DCL PCB to pick up from the inbuilt 1,000A shunt.
- Versions available for 12 or 24 Volt systems
- Optional low voltage shutdown of switchable domestic circuits - set via a DIP switch.
- Versions with and without integral negative busbars. If selected without we can offer a DC negative box with shunt (1,000 A)
